In late May 2026, Sophie passed her qualifying exams in her doctoral program!
In June Chase attended a scholarly conference at the Billy Ireland Cartoon & Comic Museum on the Ohio State University campus.
August - Chase's illustration "Rock On" was chosen to appear as part of the 4th annual Phillip K. Dick Fest at CalState Fullerton. The art work will be hanging in the show "Tomorrowlands and New Frontiers: Science Fiction in Pollak Library’s Special Collections" until late September.
